CalebD—

He's only expecting the crew to pay for their share of the food and their transportation to/from the boat...along with working their asses off during a three-week delivery without pay... I don't think he's requiring them to pay for the boat sundries... It is such a good deal!!!...

Maybe he is providing free beer and all you can drink... He doesn't say you have to pay for drinks... Just requests you be a light drinker.....

I'd like to sail on a Tartan 37' but not entirely on my dime and time.
I'm also a smoker who does not throw cig. butts in the water or smoke in anyone's cabin but good luck with the caliber of crew you find for free.
Who has 3 weeks of 'free' time anyway? I might have the time but not for free.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
