Honda OB throttle adjustment

My propulsion is a 1979 Honda BF75 7.5 HP longshaft outboard. Has run extremely well for the past 6 years we have had our boat. I have serviced this at Honda dealership and seems to have years left in it.

This past weekend went for our first sail. Winds were gusting 15knots in the marina and 23 on the water. Engine started on 2nd pull and ran well. However it was idling very high. When I twisted the grip to lower the idle speed it did lower but was still quite high. Almost too high for shifting gears and definitely not great for manoeuvering in a marina. Ran well on high speed though when motoring outside of marina.

Anyone have a thought to where the low speed adjustment is on this motor? It is basically the same as the 10 HP of the same era. May also just be a case of lubricating something ... don't know.

Was a fun sail anyway and an interesting docking.
