We hauled out the thursday before thanksgiving, so you have me to thank for the great weather. If we'd stayed in, it would have snowed.
We took a course through 30,000 Island Sailing Adventures
(out of Killbear Marina). We spent a week sailing around Shawanaga, Killbear and that area. Great course. I'm now have my Intermediate Skipper qualification, so look out!
After we finished the course we took my boat up to the Benjamins and went as far as Gore Bay.
Other than that, seeing as I didn't launch until the after Canada Day, the season seemed really short. The weather in September was pretty brutal (until I hauled out anyway).

Visualize the vastness of the oceans; the infinity of the heavens; the fickleness of the wind; the artistry of the craft and the frailty of the sailor. The oneness that may be achieved through the harmony of these things may lead one to enlightenment. - Flying Welshman
