PropSpeed free with Winter Haulout

Well it looks like the winter storage shootout of Chesapeake Bay is really paying off!

I just made my mind up to sign up for winter storage at a Baltimore area marina when they offered me a free application of Prop Speed to my propellor if I signed for winter haul out this season. I must pay $75.00 for the yard to sand and prep the prop and shaft - but the Prop Speed and labor to apply is free!

Considering West Marine charges $199.00 for a small kit of Prop Speed I am going to let them apply the coating and give it a try.

Everyone on Sailnet is telling me that Prop Speed is the only coating that keeps barnacles and marine growth off of propellors. I tried painting the prop with outdrive paint (expensive) without luck - even used a hard bottom paint like Trinidad - and it came off after only a few months.
