I'm looking at a '77 NA23. It appears to be in fair condition. The seller doesn't know much about the boat so I assume he's either not the actual owner or at least didn't sail it himself. Anyway He didn't even know it had a swing keel on it. Or should I say that it is supposed to have one on it. I've heard "horror" stories around the club about fixing keel pivots etc. Is it much of a hassle on this model?
P.S. Does this boat point well?
