I have used an Italian expresso pot for decades now. These are the pots where you put the water in the bottom, the coffee in a strainer in the middle and the coffee rises to a chamber in the top. It makes super coffee quite quickly. I am a big fan of an Origo non pressurized alcohol
stove for a boat like the J-24 which does not have the bilge blower or the explosion proof switches that are supposed to be aboard if you are using a heavier than air combustible gas.
