Kent Narrows does have a couple of options

Hi Denise. As you start your cost research you want to look at the facilities with a critical eye to heads, parking, length of finger piers and your neighbors.

Piney Narrows Yacht Haven does have (clean, lockable) single heads that give you privacy, AC and heat year around. There are dedicated parking spaces so you can count on what distance you will travel to get to and from your vessel. Trash pick up/safety/staffing/good lighting/cable TV/fuel/pump out/local services, shopping/direct highway in and out via car/ good protection from storms/good sailing grounds help to ensure you find time aboard a joy.

I think you will find many places that you can swing for around your $5,000 goal. Your edge is the length of your vessel. When you get up to the 40 foot and longer slips, the prices will be more.

If you explore Piney Narrows, feel free to say I sent you. We left there for a refit for our boat and are still awaiting it to be completed. Can't wait to go back.

Merry Christmas!!
