Don't know anything about this stuff. Why can't one just get a land based Direct TV subscription for TV, phone and internet and a TracVision receiver and have it all? Unlimited satt internet, etc??
Because most of the DirecTV type internet connections use a modem for the uplink, and the satellite dish for the downlink, and provide a very asymmetrical connection. There are some satellite dishes that can handle both up and downlinks...but I don't believe that TracVision makes a dish that can support it yet.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
