Actually - I'd be willing to rent as well

I'm a single, professional woman - just looking for a little space on the water. I want to have a boat that's not a headache to maintain, big enough I can invite a few people over for dinner, and moored in Seattle.

I'd be a good, responsible caretaker, I can provide dozens of glowing references, and I'm always timely in rent payments.

Do you know of anyone that has a boat I can live on or suggestions on how to find one?
