I love my watkins 27 I live in pensacola, Fl and have the CB model and I am working on setting it up for living on. Nice heavy built boat check for the usual wiring and soft spots although on the top deck of the cabin there usually are a few spots that feel soft but are not really soft every w27 have been on has the same thing and the surveyor told me thats just how they are. Very good sailing boat, not going to set any speed records but great fun boat. The cockpit is a very wide cockpit so I use fenders to hold myself in the seat when healed over. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
