So, basically, Johnny doesn't have the boat registered or documented.....isn't willing to pay the fees that are required to get the boat out of the marina, and the boat isn't seaworthy...but you still want someone to volunteer to prep the boat, get it seaworthy and then sail it ILLEGALLY, to out of the country. Yeah, RIGHT.
