Let's give the guy the benefit of the doubt please. He posted phone numbers of the marina where the boat is located and the number of the previous owner.
If it's a scam it will soon be exposed, what we don't need is unjustified speculation when confirmation is just a phone call away.
The IP address this member posted from is Amsterdam which is a common portal for a lot of European internet traffic, so he's not in the states trying to pull a fast one on anyone. In another post he admits to owing storage and offering to share some of the cost to get the boat "out of hock". I invite someone to make the call to the marina if you want the facts.
