The deck hardware appears to be all there but it is a little difficult to tell given the clarity of the picture.
It is good to have those 2 round inspection ports which help with getting water out of the hull. Unfortunately this also likely indicates that the hull does take on water (usually hull/deck joint) as if it was a 'dry' hull there would be no need for those inspection ports. A 'wet' Sunfish hull will begin to sail like a drunken whale after enough water gets inside the hull.
I can't tell from the photo if the deck mounted jib sheet block has a jam or cam cleat as well. You will want a way to cleat the sheet in higher winds.
