Put the netting anywhere you NEED the netting, just allow a small space UNDER the netting so you can adjust the fairleads easily and without having to 'reroute' the jibsheets each and every time you change the fairlead car position.
A P35 typically only has a 'top' lifeline ... so
rig/tie/lash an additional 'rope'/wire about 2-3" higher than the caprail .... and 'hang' your netting between the top lifeline and the
line that you run across the cap rail.
