I looked at a couple and liked the internal layout for liveaboard purposes.
You could easily add granny bars at the mast and jackstays to clip on to.
At 1600 hours the engine is pretty young but I wonder why the seals were replaced ? The rear c/shaft seal is a known leakage point.
I would definitely want a fixed keel one as both the ones I looked at were swing keel and both had evidence of leakage from the keel trunks.
