Thanks all,

I figured about 100 hours to do all my topside teak (strip, sand, 3 coats of Natural and 2 coats of gloss).

I think it is coming out great and that makes me happy.

A fella here said he would do it for $35/hour so I just saved $3500 and that makes me happy.

Now if next year all I have to do is lightly sand the finish and re-apply some more gloss, then I will really be happy. That should only take about 10 hours.
