Survey

Hey,

One quick comment, the order of buying a boat is:
  1. Find boat you like
  2. Examine boat you like
  3. Make offer and HAVE IT ACCEPTED
  4. Survey boat
  5. Get survey results and either close on boat, walk away from boat, or make changes and then close
You don't survey the boat until you have agreed on the price.
