Do not use stainless on a
holding tank the acids will eat it. I would be very, very, very surprised if your CS tank is odor permeated. Ours is a 1979 and not odor permeated. It is usually the hoses not the tank that permeates and causes the odor. Replace all your hoses first then see how it smells.
