. But don't do it on a single night because it take time to adjust to sleeping in a small boat in motion. If you take only one night you are probably not going to manage to sleep, make it 3 or four nights and if you are like the typical sailor, on the third night you will have entered on the rhythm and will be able to sleep no matter what.
