You should get a complete survey of the boat. It won't be cheap, but it will give you a list of repairs needed. As for the wooden masts, there's no reason to replace them if they are not rotten. My ketch (not a CT) has wood spars 43 years old and solid. Unless yours are rotting or coming apart at the seams, they will last a lifetime.
