Another on the East coast at 112K or so.... pretty high asks for today's market....
If you could screw a deal for under $100K then Seattle boat looks nice. Depends on the guy's budget I guess. While not the raciest of sailors that would be a lovely cruiser for $90K.
The Texan one scres me. Teak decks, exposed screw heads .... tremble ... that needs more than caulking I'd guess.
