Standard Survey Format?
As a fresh-on-the-market tire kicker, I''m wondering about what kind of information the "survey" provides. Is there a standard format with standard inspections of certain critical area''s? Is there a standard rating system for the condition of each area or item inspected? Will the survey results vary depending on the surveyor, or are these folks fairly consistent in there appraisals?
