SCORE!!! Going to have yourself a decent little boat there for precious little cash. I'd say find a half sheet of plywood and cut your own drop boards for now, or even better if you can find some smoked plexi. Fix the structural, and stick that baby in the water. Cosmetics can wait for fall.
