I've owned a 1978 Crealock 37 yawl for almost 20 years (will be selling it soon) and have loved it. True, the mizzen is so small that it doesn't provide much power, but it sails beautifully under genoa & mizzen, and at anchor does not wander back and forth *at all*. Also, she heaves to nicely with just the mizzen up.

Plus, the rigging around the cockpit gives me a great sense of security, there's plenty to grab onto when necessary, and the mizzen halyard can be used to hoist the outboard motor!
