Sure, I miss some things about when I used to live on land. Gas sold for 36 cents/gallon. Janis Joplin was singing about her & Bobby McGee and Elvis was still alive too. Nixon was President, Spiro Agnew was VP and neither of them had yet been shamed by scandal. The average house on land sold for less than $6,000 and the transient slip rate was 5 to 10 cents/foot.
