I did. It was impossible to get them to do what they said they would do, let alone what the policy says.

In the case of the thru hull that is a maintenance issue...unless your policy covers maintenance...which most do not.

Best of luck with progressive and if you live in one state, the boat is in another and the policy is "written" in are in for a say the least
