Chris White's book, the Cruising Multihull, the
Multihull Buyer's Guide and the Practical Sailor, two-volume, boat buying guide are good books to look at.
It would pay for you to do a good deal of research before looking at boats, to find what is really going to be a suitable boat for you, rather than just looking at boats.
Some multihull designs are very poor and gave all multihulls a bad reputation.
