The 3ym20 drops straight in it uses two of the 4 existing flexible mounting feet holes and you have to re drill the engine bed for the other set of feet.
If you go on the Yanmar site you can download the technical drawings.
I would also suggest that you move the primary fuel filter to where you can access it easily. Mine is on the port front engine bed. You must also take into account that the main service side is now on the starboard side of the engine. so make sure you can access the oil filter easily. I think the 3YM30 is similar but Please do check
