I have/had the same issue. There is someone in Arizona (I think) who has a Saroca and was willing to sell the sliding-seat rowing kit (sliding seat and frame, oars, mini dagger board). As I remember he wanted something like $500 for the full set up. He wasn't willing to sell everything except the oars, and it was going to cost over $300 to ship the oars to where I needed them in New England. If you are looking for rowing gear without the sliding seat, I'd suggest NRS (NRS - Kayaking Gear, Rafting Supplies and Boating Equipment). I was looking at the Cataract Mini Mag oars they sell. They also have a variety of other rowing gear.
