Then dive in and move the traveler, it is not a sophisticated change. I often single hand boats where the mainsheet or the jib sheets are not accessible from the helm, and you can do so quite well, just not as convenient as having both come to hand at the helm. My last personal boat for ten years had a cabintop mainsheet and it's location was a minor inconvenience at most.

I think you will find a full cockpit bimini a wonderful addition, as I discovered when my last boat happened to came equipped with such. I would never again go cruising without one..
