I read that as XDYJ (builder) 0725 (hull number 725) built in 05 (May) of [19]73.
Not 78, but 73. Mistaking 3's for 8's and vice versa is common, do make sure your HIN number doesn't end in an "8" which simply has been lightly stamped or partly filled in by
paint.
Not to worry about your English, it is just as good as many natives here in the US.
