With the exception that the NY 36 is anything but on the stiff side.

With the exception of not having the large head with semi-comfortable shower.
With the exception of the propane system and hotwater heater (I know these were an option but never saw either o an Chesapeake Bay NY 36)

In fact, the NY 36 would be the perfect boat with the exception of nearly everything the O.P. had asked for....
36 is out of my league. Even if it met some of my goals it's too big for my mooring and I just sunk a brand spanking new one.

So Jeff, did you have a suggestion? I am most interested to hear what you have in mind!
