M&K ...they are lovely, seaworthy boats built to cruise anywhere. One of Perry's classics. Two things to be sure to cover on survey...condition of tanks if they are steel and condition of deck/leaks. Most T37's will have had these problems by now and been fixed by previous owners but these are the most common items other than blisters which are endemic among mid-80's and earlier boats.
The only negative comment I would have is that these boats are small inside which is the trade off for seaworthiness and if your live-aboard plans don't include blue water passages, you might consider something roomier. If they do include ocean passages...you won't regret having one. Note...mine is a T52 and we are most happy with the construction and overall quality and have several friends with T37's that have cruised extensively and been most happy with them.
