Our aluminum holding tank corroded in several places over 15 years of use resulting in sewage in the bilge! No wonder it stank, especially after pumping. You should be able to remove the tank as we did to measure it and/or the space for a new one. Ours was specially made to fit our space. Unfortunately for us, we can't find another polyethelene one to fit the space. Perhaps it would be easier for you. Good luck and let me know what you find!
