On a former boat I took a similar sink and used it as an 'under mount". Prior to putting the formica on I bolted the sink to the underside of the plywood top in which I'd made the appropriate cutout. Then used the formica to trip the cutout edge, and then applied the top.
I realize you're not changing the formica, so if the top is sufficiently thick you might do the same with screws from below. The under-mount arrangement is easy to seal and really makes regular galley cleanup much easier (no lip for crumbs to get caught up in)
