Not sure size and type sailing you might be doing...
so for approx. 30'+-/some coastal cruising...
In addition to rum in no particular order...
flashlight both white and red
red lights in cabin for nav at night
back up/handheld vhf
" " gps with anchor alarm
binoculars at the ready
pdf/harness and tether at the ready
storm anchor and rode
more fire ex's than required
fog horn
spare fuel filters
spare belts
spare hoses
few gallons of diesel in separate tank/container with sep.
fuel line at the ready
tool kit
medical kit with basic meds
proper foulies
change clothes/ warm clothes for unsuspecting crew
few warm blankets
2nd pair eyeglasses
2nd pair sunglasses
strong suntan lotion and lip ice
proper hat
dinghy
list of where all above is stored.
This is short list...if boat is not sitting low enough
in the water let me know for the full list!
