Re: Good Georgian Bay port for a Sailboat

There are lots of choices. We have only found a limited number over two seasons. We like Franklin's anchorages and close by Snug Harbour.

Kilcoursie Bay in Killbear park is fantastic, but can be busy. With kids, it is a favourite.

South of Parry Island contains limitless bays to anchor for the night. We have a few favourites that are nice and quiet. Then a bit further, we like some of the anchorages around Sans Soucci.

A bit further south is Twelve Mile Bay .. again lots of choices for the night.

All of these are within a nice sail of Parry Sound.

We expect to find many more over the next seasons.
