Sorry for the delay in responding to your questions about Island Cove - I finally found my contract for this winter and it looks like I paid $40/ft LOA for winter storage including haul out, powerwash, and spring launch. They don't require that you pull your mast but if you do, it's $12/foot of mast length for unstep, storage and re-step. I paid about $600 for shrinkwrap this year, but I got a veritable "plastic palace" for that money. It's been great to have room to work under the cover from bow to stern all winter.
