Re: What to take to sailing school?

The terms are like any vocabulary - context related. My style of learning is such that I need to focus heavily on the task I am doing. If I have a lot of the background learning done I can focus much more clearly the the task of sailing. That is just me though. We all learn in different ways and speeds. I added two items to my take list this weekend, a floating strap for my sun glasses because I would be that guy that drops his prescription sun glasses into the water and a long sleeve underArmour shirt for warmth and wicking. On sale at our local sporting goods store. Gloves I may already have. I have a pair of fingerless bike gloves that may work and I will be looking out for something to go over them for warmth when needed.
