They weren't really into unique parts, mostly off the shelf stuff, so you may have some luck with generic replacement (I recall the bases sat on a molded in riser so the footprint might be an issue). Others are right, it is a weak design and if you are ocean sailing you and the crew deserve more safety.
Yep, thanks for all the suggestions. Holland Marine has matching ones in stock that have the same footprint. They are stainless instead of cast aluminum but that's better. $50, doesn't seem bad, I ordered 4.
