freshwater systems

I don''t have first hand experience with any of the pumps you mentioned however I would not let that stand in the way of commenting on the subject matter. I have a Jabsco fw pump in my boat that has served my needs quite well for the past 8 years. Regardless of your decision on which pump to buy, one should have either a “pump integrated” accumulator or one in-line to prevent the pump from cycling on each time a small amount of water is used. Unfortunately, many boats come from the factory without accumulators. Based on my personal experience on other boats, it is very annoying to hear the pump cycling on and off each time a small amount of water is used. I replaced the standard air charged accumulator on my boat with one that uses a latex bladder. This accumulator never looses its charge. That’s my story and I''m sticking to it like 3M5200!
