Howdy Folks-

I'm in the process of planning a trip in my C&C 38 from Charleston to Cape Cod. experienced racer - first long trip. So far planning to hop outside until Beaufort, than inside until Norfolk and than outside to Long Island. From L.I. we'll shoot across to the Vineyard - which is where I have the most experience sailing. Tossing rope dates looks to be end of July.

Any tips and/or advice would be much appreciated. Hoping to knock that out in 7-10 days. I'm I smoking something silly thinking I can make it - assuming weather cooperates? Any modifications to the route? I've read your comments in the past and they all seem pretty rich!
