Third one is the best choice by far.
No water/electric in the first one? Bzzzzz!
Foot traffic, placement, orientation, houseboat parties...second one...Bzzzzz!
Third one looks just right....good dock placement, water and electric, well protected.....
Also check how deep the water is under your slip. Don't know about your lake, but in Texas lake levels can fluctuate quite a bit over the summer, and what is just fine in April can have you aground in August. One of the marina's on my lake got so shallow last year they towed all of the docks out into the slough to deeper water. My lake dropped about 7' last year (it's full again) and that was alot for my lake....but other lakes fared worse. I think Lake Travis dropped 35'+!
