There is an anchorage N of the Mystic Seaport. If you want to
anchor in Noank simply
anchor east of the mooring field. There is a town dock N of Fords Lobster. Walk to food ice cream, liquor and grocery stores.
You can
anchor behind Ram Island too. Not as protected in bad weather but fine on a nice night. Private island with no shore access.
