Depending on exactly what "small fiberglass work" means, that might not be too big a deal. If it's just a matter of covering up some old instrument cutouts, or some such, that wouldn't be any kind of deal breaker. That sort of thing is pretty easy to fix (epoxy is your friend ). If there has been some sort of accident and the fiberglass got bashed it, I would be a little more leery. In any case, take a good look at any woodwork that might have been exposed to water intrusion (due to this or anything else). If water has been leaking in for some time, there might well be some rot.

Never forget them. Do something to prevent it from happening again.
