Thats too bad. I agree with the preserver, he has a preserver on when we are sailing and so does our cat. We live aboard and He fell in at the slip.

To add to what you said, Have a way to get your pet out of the water, its almost impossible with out the correct tools as we found out..

Never sailed before. Quit my job, bought a SMALL sailboat and moved on with the wife dog and cat. Blogging about our experience Thewildjasmine.com
