I'll be interested to see your sketches. I don't think you can have all of that in one boat. The biggest limit is cartopping. Many small designs can camp-cruise, perform well, usually row instead of paddle. But with speed, stability and comfort come size. My Melonseed Skiff is a great, fast, stable, easily handled boat. She rows well, sets up and stows quickly. But she cannot be cartopped, unless you're a gorilla. Sharpies and dories will also fill many of these needs, but again can't be cartopped. I guess a canoe with outriggers can do all of those things, particularly if the outriggers are inflatable. Good luck.
