Where on the east coast? There are plenty of schools in New England, particularly in Newport and Boston. There are also plenty of schools down in the Chesapeake area. The criteria that will narrow your search a lot is the emphasis on ketch handling, as all of the schools I know of sail sloop rigged boats, not ketchs or yawls. I can't think of any that have a ketch as a training vessel off the top of my head.
