Re: Has anybody gone the sub 5k route for a liveaboard?

I lived on my soverel 28 with my grandfather, grandmother, and a dog!. I've had a multitude of live in Girlfriends, cat's, a bird once. I've cruised all over the Caribbean, Bahamas, Key's. I chartered it in Isla Mujeres mexico with as many as 4 Lonely Planet backpacker's at a time for day's. It's a great live aboard, but it's what I'm used to. It's easy to handle and parts, line, dockage, clearing in to the Bahama's, everything is a fraction of the cost of a 40 footer. I often dream of a bigger boat, but this it what I have so it's what I use.
