Cooking under Pressure,Bread ????
I have researched the forums and have read some interesting information about pressure cookers. I have two questions, maybe three. What kind and what size pressure cooker do you prefer? I saw a few recommendations for the cookbook, Cooking under Pressure, can you recommend any others? Last and most importantly I'm looking for bread recipes that can be made in a pressure cooker. I've seen lots of bread pudding recipes but nothing for regular or whole-wheat bread. We do not have an oven so we have been making cornbread in a cast-iron pan. This works well but does not work for baking bread. Oh, I might have a fourth question. Has anyone tried a solar oven? The last time we cruised extensively we had considered one of these, but could not find anyone who had actually used one. Thanks for your help!
